HOW TO BUY

You can directly order any of our handcrafted items from our online store. After your purchase has been completed, we will email you with an order confirmation and timeframe for delivery. We also take custom orders, which can be a piece designed and built from your ideas or a modification of one of our existing pieces. We require a 50% deposit on all custom pieces, and the remaining balance is due one week before delivery or pick-up. We love doing custom pieces for our customers, so feel free to contact us here with your ideas!

LEAD TIME

We build all of our furniture pieces to order and lead time is anywhere from 6-10 weeks. Our smaller items ship anywhere from 5-7 business days after placing your order if they are in stock. Out of stock items will typically be available to order anywhere from 2-4 weeks. If your order needs to be completed in a shorter time frame, an additional cost will apply.

HANDMADE

All Rigg Furniture Co. products are 100% handmade. Due to the fact that we use natural materials, each product may vary slightly from the product photograph. Each piece of wood is unique in terms of grain, markings and knots but we do our best to select and match wood so that our products are consistent.

AFTERCARE

To ensure that your Rigg Furniture Co. piece lasts for generations, annual maintenance is recommended. We provide aftercare instructions in each order advising you on how to best preserve your piece.

Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING

We offer shipping in the US only. In stock home good items will typically be shipped from 5-7 days after order placement. All furniture pieces are made to order so please allow the lead time stated on the product details. Once your items have shipped, you will receive an email with shipment details and a timeframe for delivery. Custom furniture delivery times are agreed upon between ourselves and the client.

LOCAL DELIVERIES

We offer deliveries on our handmade furniture within 30 miles of the shop for an additional cost. Delivery charges are determined by a distance based fee. Please contact us at orders@riggfurnitureco.com for further information.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP

We love meeting our customers! If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do that. Just select local pickup at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready!

Returns & Cancellations

RETURNS

Returning Home Good Items:
Refunds or exchanges are only issued within 30 days of delivery. Upon return, items will be inspected and must be in "as new" condition in order to receive a full refund. In the event that your item has been damaged during shipment please email us at orders@riggfurnitureco.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your package.

When returning an item, please email orders@riggfurnitureco.com with your order number and further instructions will be given to you. We ask that you package your return securely and keep your shipping receipt for your records. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued assuming there are no damages to the product.

Returning Furniture:
We do not accept returns on made to order or custom furniture. See more about our custom order policies here.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so by emailing orders@riggfurnitureco.com within 24 hours of purchasing. Please include your order number in the email.

We allow cancellation on made to order and custom pieces within 48 hours of order placement. You must email orders@riggfurnitureco.com to request cancellation. After 48 hours, cancellation is allowed with a 50% fee of the original cost. We do not refund deposits on cancellation of custom orders after 48 hours. See more about our custom order policies here.
