LIFETIME WARRANTY

Rigg Furniture Co. believes in crafting beautiful products that will last for generations and we stand behind our craftsmanship. Every furniture piece offered in our online store, along with custom pieces, is guaranteed for life. We do not cover damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, humidity or extreme temperatures. Warranty is only valid with the original purchaser and a valid order number.

HOME GOODS REPLACEMENT

We will only offer replacement on Home Good items in the event that the product was damaged during transit. If your product was damaged during transit email orders@riggfurnitureco.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. In the event that the item is discontinued or out of stock, a refund will be issued.

FURNITURE REPLACEMENT

Upon delivery of your furniture, we recommend that you thoroughly inspect your piece to ensure that no damage occurred during transit. If your furniture piece was damaged during transit you need to immediately email orders@riggfurnitureco.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Repairs will be performed if possible or Rigg Furniture Co. will rebuild your furniture piece once the damaged item has been returned.
